“The small shop on East William Street, with bikes locked out front and tires hanging from the ceiling, is a real neighborhood gem. Trends have come and gone over the years, but Bicycle Express owners Karen and Chuck Clifford have managed to ride them all”

  •   So glad we found this place. They fixed the brakes on my bicycle in just a few hours. Super friendly service. Looking forward to coming back here for all our bicycle maintenance and repair needs!

  •   I'm familiar over 10 yrs.  Chuck and his crew are topnotch friendly and honest to a fault.  Many times I've gone in not able to afford repairs and forced to do it on my own.  Chuck and his crew never fail to give free friendly honest advice to enable you to tinker around and fix it yourself, if you fall into that "indigent" category.  I knew from day one I could trust these guys.

I have since moved to a different part of town and still come back to Bicycle Express because I trust them and they make me feel like a human being.  Er personalized service.

BE via Bicycle Express is a very small local shop on E Williams, Is a pit stop for me every couple months for adjustments and maintenance for my bikes. I pass through Downtown often so its convenient for those that do the same. I like how they have a pump and tool pole for any customers to use, whenever really.  A solid spot with quick turn around haven't had wait no more than half an hour (30) on the kinds of small jobs done on my bike. I think the shop is run by a family trio/team of Dad, Mom, Son and mechanics? Jessica!! lol. No diss or anything, but this place does not off give off a yuppie/upscale or trendy feel, but that's whats awesome about it. Definitely has an 80's 90's charm. Overall a place I recommend for anyone looking to buy and or get a bike fixed, great people!!

They fixed my wheel at a reasonable price. They fixed two spikes. It was fast for them to fix too. It would have taken me a long time to do myself.
